MOULDING DEPARTMENT:
In our-factory molding facilities enable us to cater for customer requirements of one-off prototype sampling to full production mold, in various materials from the general polymers to some of the more specialist engineering plastics. Apart from compounding, process management of injection moulding is particularly important for achieving the highest possible product quality, since it is at this stage of the process that key component properties are determined.

For this reason, the analysis of the injection moulding process constitutes one of the focal points of the research work. In the course of fundamental process analysis investigations employing statistical methods, the correlations between process control and part quality as well as part defects are being established and described in both quantitative and qualitative terms.

COLOR SHOP DEPARTMENT:
The Colour Shop is where you will find the means to bring colour into beautiful vision. From healthy young seedlings to fabulous flowering pots of colour (Bloomers), we have it all in the Colour Shop department. Whether you want a kaleidoscope of colour or would prefer shades of pink, yellow, blue etc Such an immense collection we consist in our Colour Shop department.

Thoroughly train operators on proper spray techniques. Explains the need for controlled spraying, including how over spray impacts material use and styrene emissions. Also, explain the importance of proper spray equipment setup and spray technique.

Spray technique has a significant impact on the amount of waste generated in open mold processes. This is technically recognized as spraying department.

FITTING DEPARTMENT :
Fitting is the most important part in manufacturer of clocks as the results of the end product very much depends on the fitting of the clocks. We have employed skilled and trained workers in fitting department and Work has been assigns to every worker only after proper training. Only one work is assigns to every worker every day to give the best results and to provide over all experience of all the process of fitting. We are using own made batteries, under the name of "SONAM" with electronics equipments for proper fitting. In order to give a verity in look, various types of dials are being used with own brand of "SONAM" Transparent Movement in clocks. At the end every piece of clock is been pass through the "Quality Control process" and only after QC, packing follows

PACKING DEPARTMENT:

MOVEMENT DEPARTMENT :
MOVEMENT is the heart of clock. Transparent movements of our SONAM Brand are being made and used by us in every clock. We are using all the imported parts for making the perfect movement. Trained and skilled workers test each and every movement for considerable time before using in the clocks

GLASS CUTTING DEPARTMENT :
We are using the finest quality glasses for giving the best results to our end product. We are using all the tools required for exact cutting as well as using electronics machines for proper cleaning of the glass after its cutting.

SCREEN PRINTING DEPARTMENT :
Final look of clock depends on the design and printing of the dial. We are using high quality sheets & colors for providing best results and unique look of clock. We employed educated persons in screen printing department along with all the necessary facility required in department.

DIE MAKING:

SALES DEPARTMENT:
The staff of this department provides professional opinions in the entire product development process and monitors the production program. Our sales representative works closely with design dept, engineering dept and production dept for all new items.
